What’s blooming

These are some of the flowers that are blooming around our house these days:

Salvia

Boug

Bougainvillea

A bunch of other things are also blooming, including the citrus trees, the pomegranate tree, aloes, ocotillo, and several things that I don’t know the names of. The best are the citrus trees because they smell so beautiful.

  1. You're ahead of us on the roses. And speaking of hummingbirds -- I saw our first returning one on OUR salvia yesterday.

  2. Great pictures, KL!
I haven't visited your blog in so long, but now that the show has closed and my taxes are done, I will start catching up.
Loved the salvia and the bougainvillia (which reminds me of the backyard on Mitchell St.

  4. The dogwood have broken out here and it is beautiful to see the city all colored up. The azaleas by the Met are ready to pop open. Tulips on Broadway always cheer me up--makes up for all that traffic.
